1. Our Privacy Philosophy

Mobility Tech LLC builds apps that respect your family's digital boundaries. Our business model is based on selling useful tools (like app skins), not your data.

            The "Zero-Knowledge" Promise: We do not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information (PII), biometric data, or precise geolocation from "The Morning Map" or "FlashCall."
        

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Texas SCOPE Act)

The Morning Map is designed for children and parents. In compliance with the Texas SCOPE Act (HB 18) and COPPA:

No Accounts: We do not require children to create accounts or provide names/emails.
No Tracking: We do not use behavioral tracking or advertising identifiers.
Parental Gates: All external links and In-App Purchases are protected by an adult-only challenge.
Local Storage (Not a Data Custodian): All user-generated data, such as custom task names and routine schedules, is stored exclusively on the user's local device. Mobility Tech LLC acts as a software provider, not a data custodian of this information.
Safe by Design: The Morning Map contains no user-to-user communication features or open-web browsing capabilities, ensuring a closed, safe environment for children.

3. In-App Purchases & Financial Data

When you purchase "Skins" or "Pro" features, the transaction is handled entirely by the Apple App Store. Mobility Tech LLC never sees or stores your financial details. Mobility Tech LLC receives only anonymized confirmation of successful transactions to unlock digital content.

4. Hardware & Permissions

Local Network (FlashCall): Used only to communicate with your Google Home/Smart Bulbs on your own WiFi. Data never leaves your home.
HomeKit/Notifications: Used strictly for app functionality and never for marketing.

5. Texas Resident Rights

Under Texas law, parents have the right to review or delete any data collected from their child. Because we do not collect data, there is typically nothing to delete. For inquiries, contact us at:

6. Analytics & Crash Reports

While we do not integrate third-party tracking SDKs (like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), we do receive anonymous, aggregated installation metrics and crash reports directly from Apple (via App Store Connect), provided you have opted-in to share analytics with developers in your device settings. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to fix bugs and improve our applications.

7. Broad Consumer Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

Because our applications do not collect, store, or process personal data on external servers, there is no personal data to provide, port, or delete under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our software, business practices, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
